Maintenance
Three tiers depending on the size of the site. Included in every quote, but not compulsory, and you can stop it at any time.
Basic
60€ / month- Hosting and domain
- Updates and backups
- Monitoring that the site is up
- Up to 2 changes a month
Business
95€ / month- Everything in Basic
- Up to 5 changes a month
- A monthly report in plain language
Catalogue
150€ / month- Everything in Business
- Up to 10 changes or new products
- Priority for urgent changes
- Hosting and domain. No separate bills in different places.
- Updates and backups.
- Monitoring that the site is up and the security certificate is valid.
- Changes to texts, photos, prices, news or products, depending on the tier.
- A monthly report with Business and Catalogue: how many people visited, where from and which pages they looked at.
Basic is for a landing page or a small site that rarely changes. Business is for a company website with news and prices. Catalogue is for a site with many products and frequent changes. We recommend the tier in the quote.
We include it in every quote because a website without maintenance sooner or later stops working as it should. But the decision is yours.
If you prefer to look after it yourself, we hand over the whole site: the files, the domain, the hosting and all the logins. We don't hold clients hostage.
