Machine Import Balkans is the official Taikan distributor for Bulgaria and Romania. It offers CNC machines, tools and measuring equipment, service and engineering.

The task

The old WordPress site showed only the machines. Customers didn't realise the company also sells thousands of tools and measuring instruments.

What we did
  • A new fast website instead of WordPress, in Bulgarian, English and Romanian
  • 130 machine models in 10 series with technical tables, translated into Bulgarian
  • 8 brands in one place: Taikan, JWT Tools, ACCUD, Achteck, Hirono, GIN TECH, Suoli and Hong Sheng Saws
  • Over 2,400 measuring equipment items with prices, organised in 22 groups
  • Site-wide search, filters within the series and a side-by-side comparison of up to 3 models
  • Enquiry list: the customer adds items and attaches drawings
  • The pages of the PDF catalogues are embedded in the site, with zoom and drag
  • A phone bar with call, Viber and enquiry
  • Structured data, a sitemap and visibility in ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Google Analytics that switches on only after consent
